Please note that we do not offer free returns; fees apply.

Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets the following criteria:

  1. The order must contain all original parts, components, and packaging in the condition they were received.
  2. The product must only show signs of normal handling; we do not accept returns for products damaged due to careless handling.
  3. Products requiring hygiene standards must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. The product must have been found defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs for the return.
  6. Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, your return will be acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

How to return your order:
If your order meets the above criteria, follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Email us at info@Robertsfashion.com.
  • Include the following in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product in case of damage
    • Customer's first and last name
    • Customer's address

We will then provide you with the return address. Do not return the item to the sender's address; wait for our instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase under the following conditions, provided you are a natural person entering into a transaction not primarily for commercial or professional purposes:

Cancellation Terms

Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

Please note that due to our automated system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. Therefore, we cannot cancel the shipping process once it has started, and refunds are not possible until the goods are received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Roberts Fashion) via a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to cancel this agreement. The cancellation is effective when we receive the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by you.

Note for Shipments in Transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer delivery times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods before returning them. However, you may inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.

To ensure as swift a return process as possible, please provide us with a shipping confirmation when you send back the return.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our offered cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this agreement and have received the returned goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

All returns should be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
